Rhiannon our salon director envisioned WomanKind Salon from sixteen years old when she first commenced her education in hairdressing — a small town girl who has nurtured her repertoire of skill over the following 11+ years.
Her approach considers the lifestyle and environmental factors of her clients. From her impeccable eye for detail to communication during consultations ensures all of her work is personalised to create longevity and achieve her clients desired finished look.
Rhiannon is guided by her genuine nature of being community orientated, intuitive, kind, transparent and compassionate. Her passion behind the chair translates to her leadership in business, she emanates WomanKind’s ethos.

We value the time of our guests and ours 〰️ your service time is dedicated solely to you once your booking is confirmed.
We provide a grace period of 10 minutes, If you find yourself running behind schedule please contact us with as much notice as possible so we can, to our best effort, make any necessary amendments to your appointment to accommodate you. If we are unable to accommodate your lateness a cancelation fee will apply in rescheduling.
If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment and fail to provide 48 hours notice a cancellation fee applies.
By booking online you consent to our terms, conditions and policies including payment of deposit to secure your booking.
By confirming your appointment via text message 48 hours in advance you consent to our terms, conditions and policies.
If we cannot accomodate your preferred time and date of appointment please request we take your details to be added to our cancellation list in case of a last minute availability 〰️
Due to demand we recommend booking your appointments 2 - 4 weeks in advance especially for evenings and Saturdays.

We recommend allowing a minimum 2 hour parking limit to accomodate most of our services for all months other than Nov - March parking in Beach Avenue, Selwyn Avenue and Bendigo Avenue are all within a 5 minute walk. Alternatively you can attend your car when your appointment time permits.
For all day parking, it is a rarity of parking being available on Ormond Road between Beach Avenue & Tiuana Grove.
